My youngest is three and a half so I hope we’re ready for all the awesome. What to expect: Marvel Universe LIVE! includes an original story, so don’t worry if you and your kids are not caught up on the movies, comics, shows, etc. because OMG that could never happen. The production brings more than 25 Marvel characters together on one epic quest. (Summary: To defeat Loki, Marvel’s biggest Super Heroes must band together, including The Avengers ”“ Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk and Thor along with Spider-Man and Wolverine. The good guys will encounter some super villains along the way.) Expect performing martial arts, aerial stunts and motocross, explosions and big stunts, but at a “safe” distance away from most audience members, like an supercharged acrobatic ice show without the ice.

Marvel Universe LIVE! runs for approximately 2 hours, with a 15-minute intermission. If my children get too antsy or the action is too intense, I have been known to pretend a show is over at intermission time. Shh.
